Westholme Ave Apartments

Welcome to Westholme Avenue Apartments. Our apartment building is a charming vintage four-plex built in 1939, located in the Los Angeles area of Westwood, close to Century City.  It has hardwood floors, water and appliances are included. Our well-maintained building has gone through several renovations in the last 15 years including new copper pipes, upgraded electrical, new roof and gutters. We recently landscaped with low water plantings.

Each apartment has an individual locked private garage (150 sq. feet). The grounds include a common enclosed controlled access backyard for entertaining. Our trash service is with the City of Los Angeles, fees are included with your LADWP electrical bill. There is efficient on-site management, and is family owned for 50+ years. We have a history of long-standing happy residents (one has been with us for over 30 years!). If something goes wrong, management is easy to get ahold of, gets the problem fixed quickly, and when it’s convenient for you.
